On January 23rd I am taking Notes ‘N Totes from 3rd – 6th graders in America to exchange for letters from the same age kids in Tanzania; setting up a pen pal system for children there who have no access to the internet.
More than 300 children who are passionate about sharing their solutions for environmental issues have already signed on.
I am trying to raise $500 for shipping and drivers costs. Small amounts go a long way and you will get a HUGE thank you from me for a $10 contribution or a $100 one. You can donate by clicking HERE
ASANTE SANA for any help you can provide.

Lori, once again very inspiring. Not just your sharing of your travelling experiences which I enjoy reading about but your involvments in the lives of the local villagers and helping them make a difference in their lives. You are simply not one of the tourists who see Africa for the tourist attractions it offers but for what you can offer her in return.
In your own little way and in the little things you do for her people, maybe you are ‘Africa’s Angel’.
thanks so much Joseph for stopping by again and for leaving such a nice message. As Dr. Jane always says “one person can make a difference” and we may never know exactly how big or small that difference is but we need to keep ‘doing’.
